This Privacy Policy describes how KOVAS LLC ("LiftyJeans," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit, interact with, or make a purchase from liftyjeans.com (the "Site"). This policy applies to all visitors and customers in the United States, Canada, and worldwide.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide directly: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, payment information, order history, and any communications with our customer service.

b) Information collected automatically: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, time spent on Site, and similar usage data through cookies, pixels (including the Meta/Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel), and similar technologies.

c) Information from third parties: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers, advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google), and analytics providers.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to fulfill your order.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and fulfill your orders, including sharing data with our suppliers and shipping carriers;
  • Communicate with you about orders, customer service, and promotions (when permitted);

  • Suppliers and fulfillment partners (including international suppliers) — to ship your order;
  • Payment processors — to process payments securely;
  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, and others);
  • Marketing and analytics partners (Meta, TikTok, Google, Klaviyo, etc.);
  • Legal authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, certain sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California's CCPA/CPRA — see Section 6.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.) to operate our Site, analyze traffic, and run advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser; some Site functionality may not work properly if you do.

We retain your information as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — typically seven (7) years from your last interaction.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of your information for targeted advertising, correct inaccurate data, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Canadian Residents (PIPEDA): You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email above.

Other U.S. State Residents (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, etc.): You have similar rights under your state laws. Contact us to exercise them.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not intended for individuals under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us immediately for deletion.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures (SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Shopify) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence (including the United States and our suppliers' countries), which may have different data protection laws. By using our Site, you consent to these transfers.
